It is 6 1/4" tall and 2 1/8" square. The neck of the bottle is embossed: NEXT TIME DOSE and JOHN WYETH & BRO. verticle on the bottle. The glass top has the hours 1 thru 12 around the bottom edge. The top of the cap is embossed: THIS CUP HOLDS A HEAPING DESSERT SPOONFUL. The bottom is embossed: PAT MAY 16th, 1899 and the number 1. Other than a little dirt this bottle is damage free and will  show very nicely.
