Hello, and many Thanks to all the users that helped us make it to our 9th year anniversary here on ebaY !! Before you bid, we would just like to state that our feedback rating was 99.4% positive before ebaY implemented their new feedback policy. You are bidding on 1 - Vintage 1950's Sealed Bottle of Black & White 100% Scotch Whiskey (Whisky). Content is 4/5 quart, alcohol is 86.8% proof. Product of & distilled in Scotland. Bottled in the United Kingdom under government supervision. Great picture of two Scotties on the rear label, one black & one white. Label at the base of the neck reads "By Appointment - Scotch Whisky Distillers - To The Late King George VI - James Buchanan & Co.". The main label is also Signed "James Buchanan & Co". Bottle is sealed and has never been opened. Labels are in very good shape, but do have wear from age, and part of the top label near the nech is missing (like a mouse chewed it off). The cap is sealed on with a metal strip and twisted wire There are black stars embossed on the metal cap. I'm not sure of the age, in my opinoin I feel it is 1950's by the style of the label, but there are no dates on the bottle or labels. If anyone knows the true age or where to find it, please let me know. Thanks. This item meets standards for ebay liquor policy.
