In recent years I have acquired a vast array of heirlooms due to the passing of various family members. I have a very large amount of items to sort through, and decide what I am keeping for now and what I am willing to part with. The items I post for sale or auction on here I simply DO NOT EVER WANT TO SEE AGAIN! Yes, basically I’m a “Pack rat”, but my wife and son want their house back!    I don’t claim to be an educated “Appraiser” of antiquities or collectibles, but I do have a fair sense of what I think any given item may be worth. I do my do diligence when concluding what I consider to be a “Fair price” for a given item. Sometimes the price leans in the favor of the buyer i.e.; “WOW! That’s a bargain!”, and sometimes in my favor i.e.; “He’s really proud of that one!” The ladder usually being an item I know is valuable and don’t REALLY want to part with, but will for the right price. I also strive to offer the best photographic representation and most accurate description of each and every item I offer for sale here. I will never attempt to misrepresent, mislead or purposely give inaccurate descriptions of items simply to get rid of them.
