Description
Up for bid is a sparkling antique poison bottle in a nice aqua blue green color from the late 1800's era. It was hand blown in a mold with a hand finished tooled lip. The vertical embossed ribs are a standard feature in poison bottles, it lets the owner know by touch that this is not to be taken. There was not much light at night in this bottle's era (candles), so going to the medicine cabinet was a real adventure. It is an oval shape and stands 6-3/4" tall with front shoulder embossed; POISONOUS, and very lightly embossed down the center; NOT TO BE TAKEN. In attic fresh condition with no chips, cracks. stains or wear. In need of a good home with no reserve and the Lifesavers are not a part of the deal.... Thanks for looking my fellow Americans and other humans of the Earth.
