It is missing one large bottle and the thermometer. There is one bottle that has the cap corroded or melted? Most if not all the paperwork is included, as well as the purchase receipt dated 1937. The case is black lacquered and in not so good shape, some wood chipping and the laquer itself is flaking off. The bottles are green and most contain most if not all of that they originally contained, only a few are almost empty. One of the sheets included, states that is in each numbered bottle, as well as what the medication is used for.
