It is in very good condition without any chips or cracks. The glass is light blue in color. There is a small amount of lime deposit inside but it clearly rates a 9 out 10 in condition. It dates somewhere around the beginning of the 1900s or earlier. The top portion is hand tooled with the main seams running out at the shoulder. The embossing is sharp and well raised. It reads “JOY’S” on one edge “SARSAPARILLA” on the other and “THE EDWIN W. JOY CO. - SAN FRANCISCO” on the front. It stands 8.75 inches tall and weighs 1.1 pounds.
