The cap unscrews to reveal an extendable 2" drinking cup. On the bottom of the bottle, it appears to read: "DERBY SILVER CO.  QUADRUPLE PLATE           1??7"It has decorative accents around the top & bottom of the bottle, and although it shows normal tarnish and wear, there are no big dents or scrapes.
