Made in Chester in 1907 Enamel is of bright glossy turquoise colour surrounded by white enamel  frame accented with golden stars and golden rims. . There is a glass  ink vessel inside - intact and removable. Dark-wood base. All in very good condition - vrey slight wear on white and golden enamel rim.
