Blue TPA Human Service' Description This is a blue and mint commemorative from 1971 made and distributed by the Columbus Ohio council of the Telephone Pioneers of America (TPA) which benefited community service projects.  It commemorates the 60th year of the TPA..1911-1971.  This is an old commemorative.  On the dome is raised embossing:  No 1.  On the front skirt is raised embossing:  HUMAN/SERVICE. On the back skirt is raised embossing:  (the triangular TPA logo), on the left side of the triangle is: 1911/60th/TELEPHONE.  On the right side of the triangle is: 1971/ANNIV./PIONEERS.  Interestingly enough are the dates under the bell inside the logo:  1875-1911.
