There is some minor flaking to the paint on the red dress but no chips, cracks or other damage.  The second bottle is a mand sitting cross legged in a blue suit.  This bottle also measures 3 5/8" in height and has no flaking, chips, cracks other damage.  Both bottles are marked with "Made in Germany" on the bottom and both say "Carter's Inx" on the back of the bottle.  This set of ink bottles will make a great addition to any collection.
