For your Consideration:  Glenmorangie Sauternes Wood Finish vintage 1981.  This is one of the most sought after bottles from Glenmorangie besides the "Christmas at Leeth" bottle.  The label reads that this has been maturing in oak barrels for over 20 years, then ages a further two years in casks that previously held Premier Grand Cru Sauternes.  It has the number 1542 and is hand signed by the distillery manager (ball point pen, not stampped).  The bottle has been in my collection the longest, and I hesitate to release it, therefore the reserve is set at a level near the price I have seen them move on Foreign sites.  The bottle and the box are in perfect shape.  This would be a centerpiece to any scotch, or better yet, Glenmorangie collection.     eBay's policy & Terms ·         The value of the item is in the collectible container, not its contents.* ·         The container has not been opened and any incidental contents are not intended for consumption. ·         The item is not available at any retail outlet, and the container has a value that substantially exceeds the current retail price of the alcohol in the container. ·         The seller will take all appropriate steps to ensure that the buyer is of lawful age in the buyer and seller's jurisdiction (generally 21 years of age).
