As clean as a bottle could be, and no case wear. A couple of areas where tiny bubbles are near the surface appear lighter in color, but this just gives it character. This is as nice a soda as I've ever offered.  Beautiful or eye popping might begin to describe it.   A coca cola copy cat or coke knock off.  Machine made, probably dates to the 1910-1920 period.
