Description
Beautiful Midwestern brilliant amethsyt blown ribbed chestnut flask, rough pontil, super thin walls, loads of basewear, good wear on the medial ribs, definitely an early piece, probably Pennsylvania or Ohio 1820-1850 due to the extreme thinness of the walls, tooled lip, wear, and lightness of the piece. Bought at a Skinner auction in the 80's. On Apr-30-08 at 13:11:11 PDT, seller added the following information: Hi- the height of this piece is 5.75 inches, width at widest point is 3.14 inches. On Apr-30-08 at 13:37:02 PDT, seller added the following information: ALSO- PIECE IS UNDAMAGED AND EXCELLENT!
