The bottles look like reproduction carnival glass and are contained in the original styrofoam box.  The box is supposed to depict The White House, and it is in pretty good condition; there are a few nicks in the styrofoam but it is sturdy.  This set was made by Wheaton/Nuline in Millville, NY.  In a recent price guide this set lists for $85.00.  It is quite an unusual item.
