Kellett Soda 1857, Newark N.J.' Description          Up for bids here with no reserve, is a rich teal or Blue-Green Smooth base Squat Soda. Its got a nice applied Blob Top. Embossed in an arch on one side is, P. KELLETT / NEWARK / N. J. On the reverse is a block letter K and the date 1857. The bottle is very clean over-all. Has some light scratches, but no case wear or pecks to the lettering. the smooth base is slightly concave, with a dot in the center. Glass has nice charactor, with some whittle, and a nice tear-drop bubble in the neck. No chips, cracks, dings, or open bubbles. I think the color is slightly deeper then my pictures show.
