COLORS' Description Matched pair of large antique Dutch gin bottles in two different colors. I am guessing that they are from the late 19th century. But, I am not precisely certain. One is aqua & one is dark green. Both measure 12" tall. The diameter across the top is 4" & the base diameter is 3". Both have minor dirt & light wear but would probably clean up nicely. The aqua example has a good bit of haze inside. The dark green example is generally pretty clear inside with just a little haze here & there.Both have P. HOPPE SCHIEDAM embossed on two sides. Underneath the dark green bottle is marked P. H & underneath the aqua bottle is marked with a large U. They were made in a two piece mold which shows mold lines to the bottom of the neck. They have applied lips.
