I am not a expert, so I will try to describe it the best I can. It could use a cleaning for sure. I can only find one tiny chip on the top lip. It does have what I believe is a flaw on the lip and it is rough, and a little bit of the same flaw down on the band. Some bubbles in the glass. Nice bottle for it's age. No sales outside the lower 48 states. Insurance required.   I was asked to look along the scrolling for cracks as they are hard to see, so in doing so there is a place I thought was a bubble but could be a crack I can't tell for sure, and don't know much about this stuff.
