STRAIGHT SIDE COCA COLA BOTTLE OLNEY ILL. W/LID?' Description This is a Rare Clear glass Straight side Coca Cola Bottle. The bottle measures 8 inchs tall has and has the following markings. From what i can tell the bottle is from between 1910- 1919 from the research i've done online TRADE-MARK (top Front of Neck) Coca-Cola (bottle Front) Olney, ILL. (bottle front Base) Coca-Cola (bottom) REGISTERED (top Back of Neck) The bottle has no chips or cracks there are alot of bubbles and marks from the stretching off the glass but nothing that is from any damage. The letters on the bottle are in EXCELLENT condition. Very  Very light ware on the following letters EY in the word - olney and the comma the a in- trade As for the LID or Lightning enclosure as i've been told it called. I have had two Collectors tell me that it doesn't belong on a Coca-Cola bottle and i have had several collectors say that there is no way to be sure if it came on this bottle originally or not. Either way the lid comes off with out damaging it or the bottle so if you think it belongs leave it if you don't take it off.     I've put down about all i can think of. if you have any information that will help please let me know or if any of my information is wrong please let me know.
