(Pictures do not accurately reflect the color variants -- must be in-hand to be fully appreciated!) [I am listing additional inks and bottles in my other auctions -- check 'em out!]  This is one to acquire, own and enjoy -- for both novice and invested collectors alike!  Great piece of tangible history!  This crude bottle, with tons of whittle, bubbles, and irregularities in the making -- has a great pontil scar on base, imperfect lip, stretch marks in neck, and totally uneven base glass -- WOW! This little gem is embossed:  CARTER'S INK reading downward.  One of those OMG, gotta get me's for display or collection! This is a rare smaller sized master ink, measuring only approximately 5 1/4"h! Carter's is renowned among serious collectors, as well as the novice.  This is an uncommon ink bottle, in coloring, size, and crudity!  Incredible find for the collector of inks and blown-in-mold pontil pieces, in stunning color, condition, and size -- a definite requisite for collectors of antique glassware, vintage inks/master inks, colored glass, Carter's inks, pontil pieces, and antique bottles in general.
