Insluding presentation  Case,  Booklet and Clean bottle  Marked Baccarat crystal on the bottom with .75L  which is the 750ml bottle.   The number on the stopper and the bottle is CL 0823.     With the crystal stopper in, it measures just about 10" inches tall.   Condition is excellent, no chips. The only problem I see is that one of the tiny ribbons holding the booklet in the case is 'broken' but could be glued. The booklet still sits in the holder. The latch on the box has a tiny bent area that makes it slightly harder to latch. I see an area on the top of the box, right top corner,  with some very slight damage to the gold trim. There are 2 tiny areas of corner "rub" at the 7 o'clock area of the box, see pictures. Bottle is clean and ready to add your own cognac and impress your friends! I usually email you the tracking # so you can follow the progress. DHL will email you the tracking info. Depending on location ground shipments take about 4-5 business days across the country. Let me know if you don't receive your item or you can check the tracking on their website. Sometimes I ship with USPS Priority. I provide tracking and delivery confirmation. I cannot speed up the Postal Service. Once I turn over the package to them, they control the speed of the mail! I would try to beat the carriers into submission to deliver faster but management frowns on it. Priority mail service ONLY ESTIMATES 2-3 days.....that is usually too optimistic! Their fine print says "estimated time." Good communication is all I ask. Pay quickly. Keep in contact. Follow the rules. Wear clean underwear. Call your mother occasionally.
