[I am selling additional poisons, bottles, etc., in my other auctions -- check them out!] This is a wonderful example of a collectible early medicinal/poison in a fantastic clear bottle!  Terrific treasure, bottle itself is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks, or breaks! Only issue preventing it from being near mint is a little rust spot on outside, just below lip.  This is a fantastic clear poison -- must be in-hand to fully be appreciated! Just remarkable bottle at any rate, in terrific condition considering its age and use! There are bubbles in glass, stretch marks, striations swirled in glass, whittle, and great irregular tooled lip -- just wonderful!  Embossed down (2) adjacent corners:  POISON  Embossed around word and on both side panels are the ridges/bars. Beautiful variant of a great square BIM poison!  Base is embossed:  1693  Wonderful collectible American poison, due to size, condition, color -- stunning! For anyone interested in early advertising pieces, vintage poisons/medicinals, antique bottles, or historical items in general!  Low starting price and no reserve make this one of those "gotta have" acquisitions -- great for either the beginning or invested collector!
