Description This is an absolutely stunning top shelf Honey Amber USA Hospital Department bottle.  Please look at the photos and study the color.  I have shown it in several different settings.  The bottle stands 9-1/4" tall.  It has a nice drippy applied double roll collar and the embossing boldly reads "U.S.A HOSP DEPT".  This bottle is super crude and is loaded with tiny seed bubbles throughout. There are also several other large bubbles contained in the glass, but no burst bubbles on the bottle at all.  The bottle has no cracks or dings.  There are a couple light surface scratches and a tiny 1/8" (or less) flake off the inside of the lip.  The flake absolutely does not detract from the appearance of the bottle, I only mention it for complete accuracy.  The base of the bottle is embossed with SDS.  With a light tumble this bottle would be an 8+.  I believe this bottle was sold through Glass Works Auctions a couple years ago.  If anybody recognizes the bottle and can place the auction time and lot#, please let me know.  If you missed it at auction a couple years ago, now is your chance!  All the pictures I took, still do not do it justice...you will not be disappointed!!  I have relisted this bottle with a lower Reserve Price.  If you want to know what the reserve is, just email and ask.
