There is no manufacturer’s name but it is marked “B” and there is an “I-I” or “I-1” on the very top. As can be seen in the photos there are some chips around the skirt. Additionally as shown on the photos there are some curious wavy surface lines near the top and some air bubbles. I am not familiar with insulators, so if you have questions or comments please email.
