Top' Description   This auction is for an antique 1890's barber bottle. It was blown in a mold and has a fire polished pontil on the base. It also retains it's original porcelain stopper. The neck is octagonal in shape and the base is round.  It was made with "Clam Broth" colored glass and when exposed to a black light it radiates a soft yellow/white glow indicative of it's age. It measures 8 inches tall and 3 5/8 inches in diameter at the widest part. The condition is excellent with NO chips or cracks above the base. It has a couple small bumps on the bottom (like a collapsed bubble)  apparently from when it was made. This will be a fine addition to your bottle collection.
