This is an amber bottle with the front and back label still all there.  There is some discoloration on the labels as well as the box, but you can still read all the information.  The Hair Tonic contained 24% alcohol !! and it was good for Dandruff, Falling Hair and Irritations of the Scalp. Sounds like Head and Shoulders today.  It measures almost 7" tall and has a crown on top of the lid. The box has alot of the same info on it as the bottle. I don't see any chips or cracks at all.
