The glass is medium amber and it is at least about perfect with no stain or damage. There is one small scuff or rub spot of about 1/4" on the back. The embossing is on a fairly crude panel on the front: DR. CRAIG'S / COUGH & CONSUMPTION / CURE. This is a rare cure, also one of the most rare of the Craig's bottles.
