The Pickle Fork is Stamped Silverplate and Made in England. The Carrier is embossed with vines and has cut-work around the bottom but is not marked. I believe the carrier is Silverplate as well and both need a good polishing. The Jar is Cut Glass and is in new condition, still has the Made In England label attached.
