This jar is not one of the common ones usually found.  The jar is embossed on all four sides.  Two sides have the initials and on the other two is is embossed:  COLGATE MIRAGE CREAM NEW YORK--REG U.S. PAT. OFF.  The jar is about 2 3/4 inches tall and is in good condition. No damage.
