W. Wks" on the top.  It is marked "Made in Czechoslovakia" on the bottom.  It is aqua in colour.   Condition is fair to good - no cracks, few knicks/dings here and there mostly towards the bottom, very tiny chip towards the bottom, flaking/roughness on the very bottom, some scratches on glass, some loss of chrome on top, not sure if it dispenses or not.
