WWII WAC/WAAC/Womans/Female U.S. Army Officer Uniform Start Price USD 525.00 Current Price USD 525.00 Time Left - Bid Count 1 Buy It Now Price - Reserve Price - Start Time Tuesday, November 25, 2008 End Time Tuesday, December 02, 2008 Location Sunfield, MI See more about 'WWII WAC/WAAC/Womans/Female U.S. Army Officer Uniform ' Description Up for bid is a beautiful WWII WAC U.S. Army Officer's Uniform. The uniform consists of a Blouse, Skirt, Shirt, Tie and Overseas Cap. It does not have size tags. The Tunic has a pair of Officer's US and WAC Collar Brass, a pair of Pinback Lieutenant Bars, Ribbons Decorations, North African Shoulder Patch and a Meritorious Unit Patch on the sleeve. It measures 14 1/2 inches from shoulder to shoulder across the back, sleeves are 23 inches from the shoulder to the bottom of the cuff, lying flat the chest is 34 inches (Armpit to Armpit), the waist is 29 inches and it is 26 1/2 inches in length from the collar seam to the bottom. The buttons are all intact. The Skirt  measures 26 inches at the waist and it is 25 1/2 inches long and it has a 2 1/2 inch hem that could be let out. It has a Zipper that works well. It does has a couple of small moth holes in the back as shown in the picture, which does not detract from its appearance. The Shirt measures 15 inches from shoulder to shoulder across the back, sleeves are 23 inches from the shoulder seam to the bottom of the cuff, lying flat the chest is 41 inches (Armpit to Armpit), waist is 36 inches and it is 26 inches long. It includes a Chocolate Tie. The Officer's Overseas Cap is a size 22 and has a Lieutenant Bar. I cannot find any other moth holes, tears or soiling other than what I mentioned above. It is in Very Good Condition. It would be an asset to any collector or re-enactor.
