PALO ALTO, CALIF."  Now I don't recall any soda bottling facilities in the ritzy town of Palo Alto these days, so my guess is that this bottle dates 1940's-1950's.  The bottle has some paint issues on the "ES" in "Beverages"(see photo) plus there is a discoloration around the indian picture(see photo).  Bottle stands about 8.5" tall.  Personal check OK, money order next day ship, no Paypal, insurance optional, s/h is $7.75 which includes delivery confirmation.
