Made by Wheaton Nuline, Millville NJ, it features President Herbert Hoover's face on the front and some information about him printed on the back. The blue carnival glass has beautiful shiny colors. Measures 8" tall, 6" wide at widest spot and a bit over 2" from front to back. Comes with the original styrofoam case with the President Symbol on the front. Excellent condition, just like new.
