Antique Case Gin Bottle' Description Clean, green, and crude are 3 words to describe this nice early tapered case gin bottle. The embossing runs from top to bottom as follows: "V HOYTEMA & CO." The "V" is smaller, as are all letters except "H" and "C". There are a couple of bubbles in the glass, which has the "whittle" effect, and the short neck and top are crude. No damage of any kind. These bottles sometimes came 12 to a case, packed in straw. This one is probably of European origin. Height is about 9 3/4". Good luck. Place a Bid!
